Are your products authentic?
Yes,100%. Everything is bought directly from the brands or their official sellers in Nigeria. We never sell counterfeit or grey-market products.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 2–4 working days within the UK. Items we source to order from Nigeria typically take around 2 weeks.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet — we currently deliver within the UK only, but international shipping is coming soon. Join our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to hear when it launches.
What does "source to order" mean?
If we don't stock something you want, we'll get it for you from Nigeria. Send a request through our Source page, we'll confirm an all-in price (product + a sourcing fee from £10), and once you're happy and have paid, we'll order it in. It usually takes around 2 weeks.
Can I return a product?
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can't be returned — unless they're faulty, damaged or not as described, which we'll always put right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
