We want you to love what you order. Here's how returns work.

Changed your mind? If an item is still sealed and unused, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us first at hello@urcurated.co.uk with your order number, then send it back within 14 days, unopened and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility.

Opened cosmetics. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on cosmetics once they've been opened or unsealed — this is standard across the beauty industry and in line with UK consumer law. Please choose carefully.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items. You're always covered. Email hello@urcurated.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return (or proof of postage), to your original payment method.

International orders: any import duties or taxes charged in your country are the customer's responsibility and aren't refundable.
